Eastman Chemical Company (www.eastman.com) honored one of its own by naming its Pleasant Prairie, WI, technical center for Lud Horn, former senior vice president of R&D at Eastman Resins, at a ceremony on June 26.      The dedication celebrated the recently retired Mr. Horn’s achievements over a more than 40-year career.
